He is an experienced leader with over 30 years of management expertise in both the financial and retail sectors. Brad is dedicated to keeping Reagan's memory alive through the organization's mission of spreading kindness and joy.

Tiffany Mason Treasurer
t.mason@purplemonkeyproject.org Tiffany Mason is an Intervention Specialist for Fairfield City Schools. Since 2009 she has worked with students in grades K-8 in an inclusionary and resource room setting. She has served as Unit Leader, PBIS Coach and other various leadership roles throughout the district. She is passionate about helping all students achieve success academically, socially, and emotionally. She is an advocate for all students and creating environments for all students to be included. These passions led her to become a part of Purple Monkey Project to continue supporting children in the Fairfield community.
Tiffany has served as a sub Treasurer for Fairfield Tempo Club for the Choir department since 2021 and this is where she found her love for the Treasury role. Tiffany became treasurer in October 2022 for the Purple Monkey Project.
Tiffany is married to Shane and together they have 6 children, Isabell, Makenzie, Alayna, Eli, Samuel, and Eribella. They reside in Fairfield, Ohio where Tiffany plays an active role in serving as Sub Choir Treasurer for Fairfield Tempo Club and Head Costume Mom for Fairfield Rhythm Express Show Choir.

Kevin McDonald Vice President
k.mcdonald@purplemonkeyproject.org Kevin McDonald, 48, is the Vice President, People Services & Technology Solutions for The E.W. Scripps Company. He has over 26 years of experience working within both large and mid-market companies, covering virtually every aspect of HR operations, technology strategy, vendor governance, implementation, and merger & acquisition integration. With a primary focus on HR technology & service delivery, business process outsourcing governance, and business process transformation, Kevin has spent the last twenty years focused on maximizing the value of his company’s technology and service provider relationships, along with significant M&A work, helping Scripps through three transformational events in his 18+ years with the company.
Kevin has served as the Vice Chair of the HROA Board of Trustees from 2012 to 2013 and was a founding member of the ADP COS Client Advisory Board. Kevin was also named an HRO Today HRO Practitioner Superstar in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016, and currently serves on various advisory boards with OneSource Virtual. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and podcasts and was named to the 2026 Constellation Research Business Transformation 150 list.
In his personal life, Kevin and his wife, Sandra, along with two daughters, Cameron (25) and Courtney (19) reside in Fairfield, OH, where Kevin served as the varsity assistant coach for the girls’ basketball team at Fairfield High School for 12 years and volunteers as a Show Choir “tech dad”. Kevin also serves on the Fatherhood Committee for the Talbert House.

Angela Vanoss Reagan's Mommy & Brand Manager
a.vanoss@purplemonkeyproject.org Angela Vanoss co-founded the Purple Monkey Project in honor of her daughter, Reagan - turning unimaginable loss into a mission of love, hope, and purpose. What began as a way to keep her daughter’s memory alive has grown into a movement that uplifts others through scholarships, recognition, and acts of kindness that make a lasting difference.
As Brand Manager, Angela brings creativity and heart to everything the Purple Monkey Project does. She believes deeply in the power of community, compassion, and connection - values that guide her every step. Through her work, Angela hopes to remind others that healing can lead to hope, and even in the hardest moments, something beautiful can grow.

Jamie Bock Secretary
j.bock@purplemonkeyproject.org Jamie Bock is the co-owner of Haute Hair Studio in Fairfield and has been a licensed cosmetologist for 17 years. After cosmetology school and a brief period at Spa D’Ambiance she worked at Master’s Touch Salon in Fairfield township as an independent contractor for 14 years before opening her own salon. Jamie’s favorite part about her job is making people feel good about themselves.
Jamie is the godmother of all four Vanoss children, Austin, Avary, Alayla, and Reagan. As Reagan’s godmother, she is very passionate about keeping Reagan’s name and spirit alive. Jamie Bock has been on the Purple Monkey Project Board of Directors since its inception in October or 2021 and was elected to service as Secretary of the Board and continues in that capacity today. Jamie serves on multiple committees, including the Reagan’s Fun Run committee, which holds a very special place in her heart. Jamie also assists with the social media posts you see from Purple Monkey Project on Facebook and Instagram.
Jamie graduated from Fairfield High School in 2002 and continues to reside in Fairfield with her husband Jeff and two children, Jayden (18) and Jayce (9). Aside from work and Purple Monkey Project, Jamie spends most of her time cheering for her boys.
Jayden plays club soccer at Wright State University where he is studying Music
Education and Jayce currently plays SAY soccer through Fairfield Optimist Soccer Club and baseball through FYBA. In her very limited spare time Jamie loves to read and craft.

Michelle Alcorn Board Member
m.alcorn@purplemonkeyproject.org Michelle Alcorn, although most know her as Shellee, is a teacher at Edgewood City Schools. She is currently in her 25th year of teaching. She teaches 5th grade science and social studies. She is the head coach/liason for the Girls on the Run program. She also is a part time student pastor at Community Christian Church. She is married to Justin Alcorn, and they have 3 kids, Michael, Elizabeth, and Christopher (Topher). As part of the Purple Monkey Project board , she serves on the Scholarship, Mic Drop, Golf, and Fun Run committees. In addition to helping at PMP events, she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, and running in different types of races.

Gabe Bahala Board Member

Gabriel is passionate about helping others reach their full potential.
Outside of work, he’s a dedicated husband and father to two boys,
and enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer with friends,
and watching Marvel movies. He is proud to support the mission of

Shannon Beal Board Member
s.beal@purplemonkeyproject.org Shannon Beal is currently the Secretary for Cincinnati Catering. She has over 20 years of experience working in this family-run legacy company which has been in business since 1934. As a small business, she wears many hats but most of her day-to-day responsibilities focus on customer service, sales, and marketing.
Shannon has always been actively “involved” from a volunteer perspective. During her children’s early years, she was an active PTC board member and a Girl Scout Leader. Later on, she served several years as Secretary for the Fairfield High School Athletics Boosters and then as the Public Relations & Social Media Chairperson for the Fairfield Tempo Club. Currently, she is serving as a Board Member for the Purple Monkey Project and heads volunteerism and the Reagan Vanoss Spirit Awards.
Shannon and her husband, Brad, reside with their children Dylan and Sara in Fairfield, Ohio.

Rod Blanton Board Member
r.blanton@purplemonkeyproject.org Rod Blanton (age 51) is the International Sales Manager for the Asia Pacific region of Valco Melton, a global leader in adhesive dispensing and quality assurance systems. A 1997 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Industrial Management, Rod has been with Valco Melton for 27 years, starting as a sales engineer in their Engineered Products Group where he was responsible for finding new markets for existing Valco Melton technology and developing new products based on customer needs. Rod has extensive experience in tissue/towel manufacturing, packaging sealing systems and corrugated gluing systems. Most recently, he has opened direct offices for Valco Melton in the Asia Pacific region, including the Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
Rod has been a member of the Forest Dale Church of Christ in Springdale Ohio since 1998. He currently serves as a Deacon and Bible Study teacher at Forest Dale.
Rod and his wife Avery have resided in West Chester, Ohio since 2002. They have two boys, Alex (24) and Kenny (22). The family have a long history of volunteering in the Lakota Local School district, including coaching youth baseball, Lego League, Lakota West Baseball, and volunteer opportunities with Freedom Elementary. When not busy with other things, Rod’s passions include watching Cincinnati Bearcat athletics, New Jersey Devils hockey and open wheel motorsports, including IndyCar and Formula 1.

She serves on the Board of Directors as the Controller, ensuring operations run smoothly and stepping in wherever she's needed. Originally from Central Florida, Danielle has called Fairfield home since 2016. Her passion for helping children stems from her own experience as a child who was helped and that compassion shines through in everything she does. Known by all the kids she loves as Dani or Aunt Dani. She currently works as the Director of Operations for an independent chiropractic network.

He shares the joy of parenthood with his wife and their four children, understanding the importance of nurturing future generations act. Anthony actively works to create programs that empower and develops the next generation of change makers with intentional engagement, coaching, and love. With a background in leadership and a commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles, Anthony has successfully implemented initiatives that support physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Deeply involved in local events and partnerships, he believes in the power of collaboration to foster stronger communities.
Anthony's mission is to uphold and promote loyalty, integrity, kindness, and love to all through his actions and words. He is a man of God who hopes to impact and creates lasting change through his efforts, mindset, and spirt. In his free time, Anthony enjoys outdoor activities with his family, volunteering, and advocating for accessible resources for all people.

Jami Snodgrass Board Member

Jami is excited to serve on the Board of Directors as Communications Director to further its mission and raise awareness. She is involved with several local non-profit organizations, learning from a young age the importance of serving in her community and making time for things that matter. She credits her Grandma P for sparking her interest in serving others and being a positive role model. Jami has lived in Fairfield, Ohio for 30 years. She is currently Business Strategy Planning Director for a large health insurer, employed at the same company 28 years.
